1. The University of the Philippines Manila, through the PR-FCR-02-25-02-003 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Seven Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-Six Pesos and Forty-Six Centavos (Php12,763,626.46) being the Approved Budget for the Contract for one year to payments under the contract Facilities Management and Preventive Maintenance of Equipment and Utilities for the College of Medicine Buildings, University of the Philippines Manila. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The University of the Philippines Manila now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Services is required for one (1) year. Bidders should have completed, within the last five years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
