The Philippine Normal University, through the STF 164 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million pesos and 00/100 only (Php 8,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Facilities Improvement Related to New Organizational Structure (OS) - Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (Finance Building, Publication Office, MIS Office, Supply and Property Unit Office & PNU Gymnasium) (CW 2025-03-037). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
