1. The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office of Camarines Sur, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA), intends to apply the sum THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 300,000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Fabrication/Purchase of Wildlife Handling Cages and Wildlife Handling Equipment for PENRO Camarines Sur and its three (3) CENROs with Identification Number PR No. 2025-09-119 dated September 25, 2025. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office of Camarines Sur now invites quotations for the above Procurement Project.
