Description : Terms and Condition:
1. Payment terms: Payment shall be made after full delivery and acceptance with complete supporting documents duly signed and approved.
2. Payment Terms: Payment shall be based on the actual delivery subject to usual Accounting Rules and Regulations. Payment shall be made through ADA. Winning bidder shall provide/submit their Landbank (LBP) Account Number to the Procurement Unit. Once payment is credited to the winning bidder's account, they shall immediately issue and Official receipt (OR) and sub,it it ot he MCS Cashier Unit. Supplier is encouraged to submit/provide Landbank of teh Philippines account number to facilitate payment. If Landbank account opening is not possible, the supplier may provide other bank account provided that the corresponding service charge on bank transfer shall be borne by the suppplier.
3. Schedule of delivery is from Monday to Friday, except holidays, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
