Invitation to Bid
for the

FABRICATION OF SOLAR POWERED STREETLIGHT
(Brgy. Poblacion, Leyte, Leyte)

P.R No: LL-39-25

1.The Municipal Government of Leyte, through the authorized appropriations under the 20% LDF CY-2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Thirty Three Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Five Pesos & 70/100 (Php933,465.70) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Fabrication of Solar Powered Streetlight at Brgy. Poblacion, Leyte, Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Municipal Government of Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 60CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
