FABRICATION OF MATERIAL RECOVERY FACILITY AND PROVISION OF GARBAGE CONTAINER
(PURCHASE OF GARBAGE CONTAINERS)
1. The Barangay government of Barangay 35 through 20% development fun duly approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of Two hundred thousand three hundred pesos (Php 276,300.00), approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payment for the Fabrication of Material Recovery Facility and Provision of Garbage Container (Purchase of Garbage Containers).
2. The barangay 35 bids and awards committee, now invites bids for the Fabrication of material recovery facility and provision of garbage container (Purchase of garbage containers).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 1984, otherwise known as “Government Procurement Act”.
