REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL

Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD) is inviting suppliers to participate in a “Small Value Procurement” (Section 53.9 of RA 9184 and its RIRR) for the “Fabrication of lanyards and customized corporate blazers” with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of ONE HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP195,000.00).

Submission of proposals including Mayor-s/Business Permit*, PhilGEPS Registration Number*, Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (OSS)** and Latest Income Tax Return***, addressed to Dr. Melvin B. Carlos through the BAC Secretariat shall be on or before April 4, 2025, at the physical address or through the email address below.
