Description : The Local Barangay Unit of Manapa, Buenavista, Agsan del Norte through the 2024 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of (Php340,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Materials for Fabrication & Installation of 20 Units Solar lights & its Accessories (1-Lot). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Barangay Unit of Manapa, Buenavista, Agsan del Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
