The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) through its Procurement Section, intends to procure, 'Fabrication, delivery, and installation of Philippine Flag swag made of Blackout Fabric in red, blue, and white color combination to be displayed on the NCCA and Metropolitan Theater facade as part of the celebration of independence Day ' in accordance with Sec. 53.9 Small Value Procurement of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184. The total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Nine Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Eight Hundred Four Pesos Only (994,804.00) inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.
