INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID
The Barangay Baigad, Bantayan, Cebu, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the following projects:
Name of Project: Fabrication of Assemble Stage

Brief Description: Steel works, installation and fabrication of fascia board, and painting works
Approved Budget of Contract: Php 150,000.00
Source of Fund : 20% Barangay Development Fund
Delivery Period: Within Twenty Days (20) calendar days after receipt of Purchase Order/Notice to Proceed
Prospective bidders should have an experience in undertaking a similar project within one year with an amount of at least 50% of the Approved Budget for the Contract. The Eligibility Check/Screening shall use non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
