1. The Department of Science and Technology-National Capital Region, through the
2025 Trust Fund - Urban Agri Project intends to apply the sum of One Million Five
Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php 1,570,000.00) only being the ABC to
payments under the contract for Fabrication and Installation of DOST-PCAARRD
assisted/funded Urban Agriculture Technologies at the DOST Wellness Garden and
DOST Central Office Atrium. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Science and Technology-National Capital Region now invites
