REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The Commission on Audit (COA) intends to procure the project "COA International Training Center and Dormitory (ITCD) - Entrance Marker," located at COA ITCD, Arezza Compound, Mahogany Complex, Kaybagal South, Tagaytay City, through Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 53.9 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

The Approved Budget for the Contract is Four Hundred Forty-Six Thousand One Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (₱446,150.00). The contract duration shall be for a period of thirty (30) calendar days upon Contractor's receipt of the Notice to Proceed.

The approved Program of Works, Scope of Works, Plans and Drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) are herein referred to as Annexes A, B, C, D, E, respectively.
