1. THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF ECHAGUE, ISABELA, THROUGH THE GENERAL FUND INTENDS TO APPLY THE SUM OF NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P 900,000.00) BEING THE APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC) TO PAYMENTS UNDER THE CONTRACT FOR FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION OF AGRI-TOURISM BOOTH FOR BAMBANTI FESTIVAL CY 2025/2024-12-90. BIDS RECEIVED IN EXCESS OF THE ABC SHALL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED AT BID OPENING.
2. THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF ECHAGUE, ISABELA NOW INVITES BIDS FOR THE ABOVE PROCUREMENT PROJECT. DELIVERY OF THE GOODS IS REQUIRED BY 30 CALENDAR DAYS. BIDDERS SHOULD HAVE COMPLETED, WITHIN 3 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF SUBMISSION AND RECEIPT OF BIDS, A CONTRACT SIMILAR TO THE PROJECT. THE DESCRIPTION OF AN ELIGIBLE BIDDER IS CONTAINED IN THE BIDDING DOCUMENTS, PARTICULARLY, IN SECTION II (INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS).
