FABRICATION OF 8 UNITS MULTI-PURPOSE TENTS

1. The Local Government Unit of Caramoan, through the 20% National Tax Allotment FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ₱794,919.56 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for FABRICATION OF 8 UNITS MULTI-PURPOSE TENTS with Project Identification Number INFR-2025-021. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Project Description: fabrication of 8 units multi-purpose tents measuring 3m (width) x 6m(length) x 2.7m(height)

2. The LGU Caramoan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 13 CD from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
