Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator for development of formalization roadmap for Nano and Micro Enterprises in Quezon City. Below is a summary of the work to be performed.Specifically, the roadmap will outline:• Key steps in the formalization process and the government offices responsible for implementation.• Major barriers and challenges to formalization that relevant agencies must address.• Initial target groups that can facilitate the transition of nano enterprises into the formal economy.
