The PCW buildings, constructed/renovated in the mid-90s, have deteriorated (exterior) and lost their aesthetic appeal. This concern needs immediate attention to create a safer environment for visitors, clients, and the public. Improvements in PCW-s exterior, including the walls, walkways, landscape, pavements, ramps, railings, lighting, roofing, and signage, are necessary to ensure compliance with safety standards.
