IB No. 2025-11-18 (56)

1) The Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital (JBLMGH), through the Internally Generated Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Eight Hundred Eight Thousand Ninety-Five Pesos and 09/100 (PhP 4,808,095.09) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Expansion of Waste Holding Area and Relocation of 2-Storey Container Van MMU Storage under IB No. 2025-11-18 (56). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2) The JBLMGH now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within the period of ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
