The Ministry of Public Works-BARMM (formerly DPWH-ARMM), Sulu 2nd District Engineering Office through its Bids
and Awards Committee (BAC) to apply the sum of Twenty-Nine Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos
(₱29,100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments, now Invites Bidders to bid for the EXPANSION OF SIASI BOULEVARD, SIASI, SULU

The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non - Discretionary “pass/fail criteria.

The bidding process and other similar activities for the contract shall governed by the pertinent provisions of
R.A.9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
