1) The Provincial Government of Palawan, through the Certification of Availability of Appropriation (OBR No. CAA 26-00166-DF-PPE) intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos (PHP 6,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for EXPANSION OF RCBC FROM 2-BARREL TO 3-BARREL WITH SLOPE PROTECTION ALONG NEW BUSUANGA-QUEZON PROVINCIAL ROAD located at BRGY. NEW BUSUANGA, BUSUANGA, PALAWAN (Project Reference No: B2 GF PEO 26-03-015). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
