Description : 1. The MINDANAO CENTRAL SANITARIUM, through the GOP (HFEP CY 2025) intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-FOUR MILLION FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO THOUSAND FORTY PESOS & 62/100 ONLY (PhP 24,482,040.62) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the EXPANSION OF MCS BUCAS BUILDING with ITB No. MCS-25-04-028. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The rules and procedures of Early Procurement Activities (Appendix 31 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of RA 9184) shall be adapted for this project. Fixed price rule in procurement shall prevail.
The PE may request the bidders to extend the validity of their bid securities beyond one hundred twenty (120) calendar days, prior to their expiration, if the funding source for the Procurement Project has yet to be approved and made effective. A change in the form of the bid security is allowed if this is made prior to the expiration of the bid validity sought to be extended.
