Invitation to Bid for
Expansion of Level III Water Supply System Project
Poblacion & Cadisan, Adams, Ilocos Norte

1.The Municipality of Adams, through Municipal Appropriation Ordinance No. 03-2024(SAFPB) intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Three Hundred Thirty Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Four Pesos (P 13,333,334.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Expansion of Level III Water Supply System Project and Project Identification No. INFRA-SAFPB-2024-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Municipality of Adams now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 271 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
