Description : 1. The Ministry of Health, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MOH-BARMM), through the Special Development Fund 2024, intends to apply the sum of Forty Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PHP 40,792,500.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Expansion and Renovation of Rural Health Units in BARMM under Special Development Fund 2024, IB NO. MOH-SDF2024-RHU003. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The MOH-BARMM now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required as shown in the table above. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
