Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE

EVENTS MANAGEMENT FOR THE PROMOTION OF TOURISM AND PRESERVATION OF CULTURAL HERITAGE IN TARLAC CITY

1) The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only
(Php 9,600,000.00) being the Indicative Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for Events Management for the Promotion of Tourism and Preservation of Cultural Heritage in Tarlac City. Bids received in excess of the Indicative Budget for the Contract shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for Events Management. Delivery of the Goods is required for seven (7) days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
