II. ARTIST : SWEET NOTES AND BAND

III. SCOPE OF PERFORMANCE : TWO HOUR SHOW

IV. DATE : DECEMBER 18, 2025 (9:00 - 11:00 PM)

V. VENUE : GUIMBAL AMPHITHEATER

VI. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT:FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱560,000.00)

VII. PAYMENTS TERM : 50% DOWNPAYMENT, 50% ONE DAY BEFORE THE SHOW INCLUSIVE OF TAX

OTHER CONDITIONS:

The Producer shall provide the following:
a. Provide Safe Venue for the Artists Night
b. Provide Holding Room at the Venue
c. Provide proper and responsible security personnel that will ensure maximum safety and security of the ARTIST and his entourage during their entire stay
d. Maximum safety and security for Talents and companions.
e. Clean dressing rooms
f. Drinking water for Artist
