Description : I. BRIEF BACKGROUND :
The Philippines is set to host the FIVB Volleyball Men-s World Championships on 12-28 September 2025. The 21st edition of the FIVB Volleyball Men-s World Championships will take place in 2025. It will be hosted by the Philippines in their capital Manila from 12 to 28 September. It will be the first edition after the recently adopted changes in the format and in the periodicity of the World Championships. In line with this, one of the deliverables of the Department of Tourism is to provide hospitality assistance through airport reception services for arriving delegations. This includes, but is not limited to, the donning of leis and the provision of cultural performers upon arrival at Terminals 1 and 3. Delegations are expected to begin arriving on September 2, 2025. The Department of Tourism-NCR, through the Tourism Frontline Service Unit, will be responsible for procuring the necessary services to fulfil the event requirements.
