SCOPE OF WORK

The information below details the extent and scope of work to be provided and completed by the team.

A. Meeting -

Event Organizer will conduct a meeting to further discuss the plans for the Activity specially the Decoration and Coordination. The goal of this is to make sure this will be decorated and pleasant to the eyes of everyone.

B. Ocular Inspection -

As the Event Organizer, the team conducted ocular inspection of the venue to make it sure the accurate size of the backdrop decoration, entrance and to layout the floor plan to ensure that the flow of the activity will run smoothly.

C. Terms of Payment

Payment shall be made after the issuance of Accomplishment Report by the Procuring Entity.
