1.The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BALINGOAN, through the TOURISM OFFICE intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 750,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Event Management/Entertainment Services Package for Balingoan Fiesta Celebration. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BALINGOAN now invites bids for Event Management/Entertainment Services Package for Balingoan Fiesta Celebration. Delivery of the Goods/Services is required 5 days.
