Description : The Local Government Unit of Santa Praxedes, through its Municipal Fund 2025, will undertake a Negotiated Procurement for the “Event Management Services” in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

Interested suppliers are required to submit their valid and current Mayor-s/Business Permit or its equivalent, Tax Clearance, DTI Certificate, SEC or CDA Certificate, Latest Audited Financial Statements (Business Income Tax Return), or PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration (Platinum), and price quotation form (Annex “A”).

Award of the contract shall be made to the lowest quotation, which complies with the minimum description as stated in Annex “A” and other terms and conditions stated in the price quotation form.
