  Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
  EVENTS MANAGEMENT FOR THE PROMOTION OF TOURISM AND PRESERVATION OF CULTURAL HERITAGE IN TARLAC CITY
  
  
  1) The City Government of Tarlac, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 11,985,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Events Management for the Promotion of Tourism and Preservation of Cultural Heritage in Tarlac City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The City Government of Tarlac now invites bids for Event Management. Delivery of the Goods is required within seven (7) days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
