1.The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BALINGOAN, through the TOURISM OFFICE intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Pesos (Php 1,775,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Event Management/Entertainment Services Package. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BALINGOAN now invites bids for Event Management/Entertainment Services Package (event organizer, celebrity artist/band concert, celebrity all star basketball games).
