INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF EVENT MANAGEMENT

1. The Barangay Government of San Luis, Antipolo City, through the GAD Fund; intends to apply the sum of Five hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract 2025-08-022 for the purchased of Event Management.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically reject at Bid Opening.

2. The Barangay Government of San Luis, Antipolo City now invites bids for procurement of Event Management. Delivery of Goods shall be within 7 days after the Contract Award.
