Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Veruela, Agusan del Sur , through the General Fund for FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱450,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of an Event Coordination Package for the Christmas Festival (Pasko Verueleño 2025) and LGU Veruela-s year-end fellowship. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU of Veruela, Agusan del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The project details are as follows:
o Item Description: Event Coordination Package (1 package)
o Inclusions: Provision of foods, decorations, lights and sounds, drum sets and backline, supplies and materials, games and raffles prize and performers.
o Purpose: For the Christmas Festival (Pasko Verueleño 2025) and LGU Veruela-s year-end fellowship.
