Description : 1. THE CLIENT hereby engages the services of the AGENCY to maintain peace and order safeguard and protect its installment against all crimes and unlawful acts of third parties and the like.
2. GUARDING SYSTEM - The AGENCY shall adopt a guarding system and post in the premises of the CLIENT whereby One (1) security guard/s in one (1) shift to be posted within the Eduardo T. Oporto Memorial National High School premise in Banban, Bogo City, Cebu for Eight (8) hours duty starting 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. It is understood that the number of guards may be increased or decreased by the CLIENT, at its sole option, depending upon the security situation or the exigency and the requirement of the service, by giving the AGENCY at least three (3) days prior written notice.
3. UNIFORM AND EQUIPMENT - The AGENCY shall provide the CLIENT with guards who shall be in proper and complete identical uniforms according to the standards of the client with firearms and ammunitions, night stick and such other paraphernalia's and security aids as may be necessary and called for under the existing rules and regulations of the PNP-SAGSD.br...
