INVITATION TO BID FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF WATER TREATMENT FACILITIES (OLD COMMERCIAL BUILDING)

1. The Local Government Unit of Hilongos, through the GENERAL FUND-CONTINUING APPROPRIATION-SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 2021-03 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱2,500,000.00)being the ABC to payments under the contract for ESTABLISHMENT OF WATER TREATMENT FACILITIES (OLD COMMERCIAL BUILDING) HIL-2022-02-02-LEY-RO08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Hilongos now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of works is required by 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
