1.The Government of the Philippines (GoP) has received a Loan from the World Bank towards the cost of Philippine Rural Development Project Scale Up and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to payments under the contract for the Establishment of Tagudin Slaughterhouse / PRDP-SU-IB-R001-ILS-004-TAG-001-2024-VCI

2.The Municipal Government of Tagudin, Ilocos Sur, implementing partner of the Department of Agriculture, now invites bids for the Establishment of Tagudin Slaughterhouse. Completion of the Works is required by 465 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years, a contract similar to the3 Project.
