1. The City Government of Iloilo, through the Department of Transportation (DOTr)through its active Transport Bike Share System and Safe Pathways Program intends to apply the sum of Seventy-Four Million One Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Three Pesos and Thirteen Centavos (Php 74,126,683.13) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Establishment of Stand-Alone End-of-Trip Cycling Facility, Establishment of short term End-of-Trip Cycling Facility, Construction of Urban Shading, Construction of Public Transport Stop. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
