1. The BALER NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, through the DepEd Regional Office III- Sub-Aro (Order No. DEPED-ROIII-2025-10-2773) Subsidy to Operating Units, Sub-Aro 2 (Order No. DEPED-ROIII-2025-10-2779) Information and Communication Technology Equipment intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Seventy Four Thousand One Hundred Pesos only (₱ 3,474,100.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Establishment of Smart Classroom: Leveraging Technology for Transformative Learning (ICT Supplies and Equipment)
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
