Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF SECURITY MONITORING SYSTEM (CCTV SYSTEM) IN ALL CAMPS OF NPTI
(NPTI ICT 20-032725)

1.The National Police Training Institute (NPTI) Bids and Awards Committee through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 dated March 12, 2025, with NFA No. 140-000-3-021-2025 intends to apply the sum of amounting to Five Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP5,700,000.00) for the Establishment of Security Monitoring System (CCTV System) in all Camps of NPTI , and NFA No. 140-000-3-026-2025 allocates additional funds under the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 to support the procurement for the same purpose, with an ABC of Three Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (PhP380,000.00). Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The NPTI BAC now invites bidders for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods should be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
