INVITATION TO BID FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SANITARY LANDFILL (Public Bidding No. 2025-004)

1. The LGU-BACACAY, ALBAY, through LDF 2022 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Four Pesos & 22/100 (₱9,996,764.22) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Establishment of Sanitary Landfill/Project No. 2025-004 at Barangay Banao, Bacacay, Albay. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-BACACAY, ALBAY now invites bids for the Establishment of Sanitary Landfill-Service Road Development/Guard House/Material Recovery Facility Building Construction/Project No. 2025-004 at Barangay Banao, Bacacay, Albay. Completing the Work requires one hundred fifty (150) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
