1. The DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES, PROVINCIAL ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES OFFICE - AKLAN (DENR-PENRO Aklan), through Republic Act No. 12314, General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2026, intends to apply the sum of THIRTY FOUR MILLION SIX HUNDRED FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE PESOS ONLY (Php 34,653,885.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Establishment of Permanent Structures/Facilities for Bakhawan Nature Study and Eco-Park (PB2026-02). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
