Description : The DOST-MIMAROPA, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Seven Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Six Pesos Only (Php 8, 767,836.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Establishment of Oriental Mindoro Provincial Science and Technology Office (Phase II) under Purchase Number 2025-01-0005. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The DOST-MIMAROPA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by 180 calendar days and shall commence within three (3) days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
