FOR THE

Establishment of New Doppler Weather Radar Station in
Hinatuan - Re bid

1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty-Five Million pesos (Php245,000,000.00) only, being the ABC to payments under the contract for the “Establishment of New Doppler Weather Radar Station in Hinatuan - Re bid,” under PR No. 2024-11-0779 EPA | IB 2025-32 R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PAGASA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery completion shall be made within 32 months. Price is inclusive of VAT and all other applicable taxes. Price validity is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
