Invitation to Bid for
ESTABLISHMENT OF MUNICIPAL MEMORIAL PARK

1. The LGU TOMAS OPPUS, through the Trust Fund 2025 bank loan amortized for 15 years, sourced from the 20% Economic Development Fund of the Local Government Unit-s (LGU) Annual Investment Program intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-two Thousand Eighteen Pesos and 23/100 (39,992,018.23) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ESTABLISHMENT OF MUNICIPAL MEMORIAL PARK at Brgy. Tinago, Tomas Oppus, Southern Leyte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of TOMAS OPPUS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Four Hundred Eighty (480) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
