Invitation to Bid for Establishment of Gov. D.O. Plaza EOC Warehouse (Phase I)

1. The Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur, through the 20% PDF CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seventy Million Pesos (Php 70,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Establishment of Gov. D.O. Plaza EOC Warehouse (Phase I) at Gov. D.O. Plaza Government Center, Patin-ay, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur with Contract Ref No. 25-40 BLDG. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 280 CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
