INVITATION TO BID FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FISH CAGES @ BRGYS. BOTAERA, TINAOGAN, SAN ISIDRO, ALEGRIA, SUGOD, MUALBUAL, BIOSO & ARTECHE, ZUMARRAGA, SAMAR
1. The Local Government Unit of Zumarraga, Samar, through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 01, S. 2025, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos & 00/100 only (P 4,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Establishment of Fish Cages (LF 2025-010 GOODS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Zumarraga, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders maybe new or should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
