PURCHASE OFFICE EQUIPMENT

1. The City Government of Cotabato, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 80,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Establishment of Efficient Database using the Integrated TB Information System (ITIS) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Cotabato, now invites bids for Desktop Computer. Delivery of the Goods is required 5 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
