The City Government of Borongan, through the City Development Fund - Mayor-s Office Capital Outlay, Annual Budget 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Six Hundred Seventeen Pesos and Eighty Six Centavos (Php399,617.86) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Establishment / Conversion of 8 Stalls under Fruits and Vegetables to Meat Stalls for Dukwag Agrikultura Beneficiaries at Public Market, Brgy. Campesao, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
