Advertisement No. 2024-096

1. The Municipality of Malabuyoc, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos only (PhP 1,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Establishment of Cold Storage Facility with Advertisement Number 2024-096. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Malabuyoc now invites bids for the Establishment of Cold Storage Facility. Delivery of the Goods is required by 45 CD (calendar days) from the date of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
