Invitation to Bid for ESTABLISHMENT OF ANIMAL BITE CENTER AT MOTORPOOL, BARANGAY CAMPESAO, BORONGAN CITY, EASTERN SAMAR

1. The City Government of Borongan, through the City Health Office Capital Outlay, Annual Budget 2024 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Six Hundred Forty Eight Pesos and Forty Centavos (Php499,648.40) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Establishment of Animal Bite Center at Motorpool, Brgy. Campesao, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Borongan now invites bids for 2.50m x 4.00m one storey building. Completion of the Works is required Forty Six (46) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
