Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office - MIMAROPA (DA-RFO-MIMAROPA) through the FY2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos & 60/100 (Php1,999,998.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Establishment of 4 units Containerized Vertical Farm in Palawan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DA-RFO-MIMAROPA now invites bids for the Establishment of 2 units Containerized Vertical Farm in Brgy. Poblacion, Taytay, Palawan and Establishment of 2 units Containerized Vertical Farm in Brgy. Sta. Monica, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. Completion of the Works is required in forty (40) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
